All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of your order, please contact us.
LOST OR DAMAGED ORDERS
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will resolve the issue.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. Rachendy is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
